Who we are

Plummy is operated by Wearwell LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Plummy, at 3020 Issaquah Pine Lake Rd SE #1008, Sammamish, WA 98075. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using Plummy.

Agreeing to these terms

By creating a Plummy account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account.

If you are using Plummy for an employer or another organization, you are confirming that you can agree to these terms on its behalf.

Who can use Plummy

You must be at least 18 to use Plummy. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone younger, and we close accounts we learn belong to someone under that age.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. What happens on your account is your responsibility, and we may act on any instruction that arrives from it.

Give us an email address you actually read. It is how we reset your password and how we tell you about anything that matters.

What Plummy is, and what it is not

Plummy is an AI stylist. It reads the photographs you give it, forms a view of your wardrobe, your colors and your fit, and offers opinions about clothes.

Those opinions are opinions. They are generated by a language model, they are sometimes wrong, and they are not professional advice of any kind — not medical, not financial, not legal. What you wear, what you buy, what you keep and what you throw away are your decisions, and the consequences are yours.

Plummy may suggest things to buy. We are not the seller, we do not check that a price or a link is current, and a suggestion is not a recommendation that you can afford it.

Your photographs and everything else you put in

Your content stays yours. Photographs, messages, measurements, preferences — uploading them to Plummy does not give us ownership of any of it.

It does give us permission to use it to run the service for you: to store it, to show it back to you, to send it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy so they can read it, and to generate outfits, renders and advice from it. That permission is limited to operating and improving Plummy for you, it is not exclusive, and it ends when you delete the content or your account.

When you upload something you are confirming two things:

• —That it is yours to upload, and that you are not infringing anyone's rights by doing so.
• —That if another identifiable person appears in a photograph, they have agreed to you uploading it and to it being processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your content, we do not publish it, and we do not use it to advertise to you or anyone else.

Generated images

Plummy can generate images — renders of outfits and an avatar built from a photograph of you. These are illustrations produced by a model. They are not photographs, they will not be an exact likeness, and clothes will not always be rendered as they really look.

Do not present a Plummy render as a real photograph of a real person, and do not use one to mislead anyone. Avatar renders are generated only for accounts that have told us they are 18 or over.

Things you may not do

• —Upload anything unlawful, or any photograph you obtained without permission.
• —Use Plummy to harass, impersonate or produce sexual imagery of anyone.
• —Scrape the service, hammer it with automated requests, or work around its limits.
• —Take it apart, resell it, or use its output to train a competing model.
• —Try to reach another person's account or data.

Early access, changes and price

Plummy is early. Features appear, change and disappear, and we do not promise it will be available at any particular moment.

It is free while it is in early access. If we introduce a paid plan we will tell you before you are ever charged for something that used to be free, and you will be able to decline it.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. That removes your account, your photographs and everything Plummy learned about you, as described in the Privacy Policy, and it cannot be undone.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless telling you would be unlawful.

No warranty

Plummy is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its advice will suit you.

What we are liable for

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for anything you bought, kept or discarded because of something Plummy said.

Our total liability to you for any claim connected with Plummy is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep every right your local law gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those rights away.

Changes to these terms

We will post any new version here with a new date at the top. If a change materially affects you we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Plummy after that is how you accept the new version; if you would rather not, delete your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts there are where disputes are heard. If you are a consumer outside the United States, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, or of the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
